Flow Deliver

Programme roadmap

The work to take Flow Deliver from where it is now to a locked, articulated way of working, proven on live work and rolled out across the teams. Six streams running in parallel, sequenced against our Monday and Thursday AI sessions. They map to the loop: Define (model, offering, structure), Prove (live engagements), Roll out (internal), Capture (learnings).

AI delivery model
The single end-to-end way we deliver work with AI, captured as one clear, shared model that we all use internally and with our clients.
Finalise wording & brief Katya
  • 4 stages (Set up, Explore, Deliver, Optimise/Support)
  • Human, AI-assisted & agentic
Katya to design visual of model (in Ah Flow styles)
Review & agree v1
The agentic offering
Agentic capabilities that transform delivery for our clients and amplify our team, letting our people direct agents to do far more, far faster at a higher standard.
Capability workshops, by team
  • Design - Fergal
  • Dev / QA - Kevin
  • PM - Nick
  • Digital Performance - TBC
  • Analytics & others - TBC
Consolidate into one agentic offering
Review & agree v1
Team / Pod Structure
The people who make up a delivery team, shaped to the client and the project: a lean pod or a traditional team structure.
Confirm the two structures
  • The pod (Orchestrator / Creative / Build)
  • The traditional team
Define how extra skills flex in
  • Skills beyond the core three (e.g. analytics)
  • Block of work, or alongside at % capacity
Feed into the commercial stream to define pricing strategy
AI in live engagements
Live client projects are where the model is tested and improved. Each engagement tells us what works and feeds the next, so the model gets stronger with use.
FITRADE - Stage 2: Component Development
FITRADE - Stage 3: Feature Development
FICS - TBC
Signode - TBC
An Post - TBC
Internal AI rollout
Getting every team using the model: the Ah Flow space, the AI Journey, upskilling and adoption, champions, and a communications programme running throughout.
The Ah Flow space (finalise + publish)
The AI Journey (share + find your stage)
Upskilling & adoption (onboarding, role tracks, rollout)
Champions & community
Develop internal comms plan
Communications programme from mid-Jul, runs throughout
Kick-off: introduce Ah Flow + the journey; the why
Share wins; address concerns
Champions introduced; ongoing drumbeat
Learnings & feedback
Capture what works and breaks across every team using the model, and feed it back to refine it.
Feedback loop capture from each source as it goes live, feed back to refine
allhuman.com: feedback on the Ah Flow content
FITRADE: team feedback on Stage 2
Ah Flow space: reader feedback once published
AI Journey: obstacles people are hitting
Synthesise and feed back to refine the model

How to read this: each row is a stream of work; each block is a step. Dates are indicative and tied to the AI session cadence; they are for steering, not commitments.
